Ferro Niobium

Ferro Niobium (FeNb) is a ferroalloy used in the production of steel and other alloys. It’s a combination of iron (Fe) and niobium (Nb).

Ferro Niobium is produced through the reduction of niobium oxide (Nb2O5) with iron and carbon in an electric arc furnace.

Niobium’s unique properties, such as its ability to strengthen steel without increasing its density, make Ferro Niobium a valuable alloying element in various industries.
