The Company has been founded by Mr. H.P Mittal and Mr. R.K Goel, who themselves are industry experts because of their extensive experience. The company has travelled with time to grow as one the most reliable service providers with a strong foothold in the market.

When the company was launched in 1994, it was spearheaded as two different companies namely DS Alloyd and RMI Metal. It was later merged into a single strong identity that it is today.
